Our fin-tastic VIP Grotto is everything your sea-loving heart could have dreamed of. We even offer the option to Party with a Mermaid (including photo ops, Mermaid Makeovers and more!) With multiple packages available, we are sure to fit every event, fete or need you could desire.

In Renting our Space, The Client agrees to the following
Terms of the Contract
Grotto Rental
In consultation with Dive Bar, the rental charge shall be summarized on teh financial summery herein
Confirmation of Reservation
Confirmation is not made until Dive Bar receives deposit
Payment and Method of Payment
Depost
A non-refundable security deposit will be paid to book the event - a $50 flat fee to reserve the space. The Client may also pay the full rental amount upon booking, if they wish. We accept cash, credit card, online payments through our website portal and approved checks.
Final Payment
Final payment is due at the conclusion of the event. No split checks are permitted. For final payment we accept cash, credit card, payment through our website portal and approved local checks with proof of identification only. Out of area checks are only accepted with prior management approval.
Cancellation and Deposit Forfeiture Policy
The following cancellation and deposit forfeitures apply:
Party canceled 45 days or more before the event: $50 non-refundable deposit retained, 100% of remaining balance returned.
Party canceled 45 to 31 days before event: $50 non-refundable deposit retained, 75% of remaining balance returned.
Party canceled 30 to 8 days before event: $50 non-refundable deposit retained, 50% of remaining balance returned.
Party canceled 7 days or less before the event: $50 non-refundable deposit retained, entire balance retained
Days are measured in 24 hr increments counting backwards from the start time of your event
Alcoholic Beverages
Dive Bar carries a mixed beverage license. By law, no alcoholic averages may be brought onto the property or taken from the premises. In the interest of protecting our patrons and the general public, Dive Bar and it’s employees have the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to any patron or guest who by his, her or their behavior is believed to be incapable of tolerating further alcohol consumption.

The Dive Bar Mermaids are professional aquatic entertainers with years of experience under our fins! Based out of the world-famous Dive Bar in Sacramento, California, we swim nightly in a 40 ft saltwater aquarium. Our highly trained underwater team of 8 mermaids and 2 mermen are sure to make your party, festival or event a splashy success!
Our mermaids can entertain guests for both water-based and dry events. We pose for photo-ops, entertain during meet and greets, tell exciting stories of life under the sea, play games, provide Mermaid Makeovers and excite imagination. You will never go wrong with our stunning team of underwater beauties!
